Bentornato, Steve Jobs. E per festeggiare ripropongo un suo discorso. uno dei migliori che mi sia mai capitato di ascoltare. Ogni tanto fa bene rivederlo.
ogni tanto fa bene rivederlo, riascoltarlo e rileggerlo
Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits.
The rebels.
The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
They push the human race forward.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
Continuano le voci, ma oggi una mail del CEO toglie ogni dubbio (e taglia del 10% il valore in borsa!).
Auguri!

Apple Media Advisory
Apple CEO Steve Jobs today sent the following email to all Apple employees:
Team,
I am sure all of you saw my letter last week sharing something very personal with the Apple community. Unfortunately, the curiosity over my personal health continues to be a distraction not only for me and my family, but everyone else at Apple as well. In addition, during the past week I have learned that my health-related issues are more complex than I originally thought.
In order to take myself out of the limelight and focus on my health, and to allow everyone at Apple to focus on delivering extraordinary products, I have decided to take a medical leave of absence until the end of June.
I have asked Tim Cook to be responsible for Apple’s day to day operations, and I know he and the rest of the executive management team will do a great job. As CEO, I plan to remain involved in major strategic decisions while I am out. Our board of directors fully supports this plan.
Lasciando perdere sulle voci (inside trading) relative all’assenza di Jobs, ecco il video dell’ultimo keynote, in streaming o in podcast su iTunes (1 giga!)
